Post a Redemption to a News Feed

Within the Advanced Options of a Reward, you can optionally configure Redemptions to be automatically posted to a News Feed, either when the Redemption is submitted, or when it is approved. You can also choose to manually post a Redemption to a News Feed.

To manually post a Redemption to a News Feed from the Member Details screen:

1. Select Members from the top navigation bar, then select Members > Members from the side navigation menu. The Members screen is displayed.

2. On the Members screen, search for and select the desired Member (see Search for a Member for more information). The Member Details screen is displayed with the Metrics tab selected by default.

3. Select the Redemptions tab.

4. Optionally, search for the desired Redemption. See Member Details Tab Overview - Redemptions for more details on the available search options.

5. Next to the desired Redemption, from the Action drop-down menu, select Post to Feed. Select the desired News Feed.
